Pinot Noir Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

1 cup Heavy cream

1 ½ tsp espresso powder (optional)

12 oz dark chocolate chips

2 Tbs Pinot Noir wine

2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Combine cream and espresso powder over medium heat; bring to a simmer. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Stir in wine and vanilla.

Pour the chocolate sauce into a fondue pot or small slow cooker to keep warm. Use skewers to dip accompaniments into the chocolate.

Dippers - anything you like: Lady fingers, graham crackers, pretzels, pound cake, grapes, apples, strawberries, or other fruits.
